Our mission

To ensure our whānau and communities
have well powered and well lit homes.

Unlike others who focus on high prices and extravagant projects for private and professional markets, we prioritize everyday whānau and local businesses who need electrical help.
Delivering quick solutions that fit your budget and timeline,
leaving you to enjoy a bright, welcoming home or premises.

WHAT IS OUR TIKANGA / KAWA?

Principles/Practices – how do we work to fulfil our purpose? By being…

Transparent & Honest

Clear Communication with Clients – We explain all aspects of pricing, including contingencies and any unknowns, directly in our quotes. We offer detailed estimates or rough estimates with clear price ranges. Unlike others who might charge without transparency, we ensure clients are fully informed throughout the decision process. We want them to feel involved from start to finish, as it's their project, and we’re here to support their vision.

Relatable & Affable

Relatable Approach – Sharing a similar cultural background helps us respectfully enter clients' homes and offices, making it comfortable for them and for us. We understand the importance of family, community, and cultural safety, especially in personal spaces like kitchens and bathrooms. Many clients may feel nervous about inviting strangers in, but we prioritize respect, never judging their homes or circumstances. Some contractors may not understand these values, but for us, it’s a lived experience—something we’ve grown up with, not just been taught.

Communal & Connected

Local Roots and Community Focus – Born and raised in South Auckland, we understand the multicultural values of our community. We know how to serve local families and businesses, recognizing the needs of multigenerational households and balancing budget, functionality, and specific cultural values. Many larger electrical companies lack this insight, but we’re community-led, often seeing clients at the supermarket—adding a sense of accountability to our work. People know they can reach us easily, whether in person or online through our Google reviews. We keep it simple so clients don’t need multiple quotes; we rely on trust and strong word-of-mouth in our community.

Providing for whānau

Create opportunities to provide for our whānau and peers. Proudly Māori owned. Being able to be present. To change the common idea that more whānau time, equates to less money, and more money equates to less whānau time. To spend more time with my tamariki. Providing for them and my
wife – so that we’re stress free.

To serve those here at home in South Auckland – the community we come from and families we
were raised amongst.
