Are you actually local to South Auckland?
Yes. We're based in South Auckland and work in the same communities we serve: Manurewa, Papakura, Manukau, Ōtara, Māngere and beyond. This isn't a franchise dispatching crews from across town. We're local.
How quickly can you come out?
For most jobs we can get to you within the week. For urgent situations like total power loss or safety concerns, call us directly on 09 392 0055 and we'll do our best to get there faster.
Do you give quotes before starting work?
For most jobs we work charge-up (by the hour), which is simpler and faster than a formal quote. For larger projects we can provide a written quote at no cost. If a site visit is needed to scope the work, a call-out fee may apply. We'll always be upfront about that before we come out.
Do you do Healthy Homes compliance work for landlords?
Yes, switchboard upgrades, RCDs, smoke alarms, and all the electrical requirements under the Healthy Homes Standards. We work with landlords and property managers regularly. See our trade accounts page for ongoing work.
Are we licensed?
Yes, all our electricians have a current Electrical Worker Licence and we carry full public liability insurance. You can verify our licence at ewrb.govt.nz.
